why are Burlington employees so underpaid? These hard working employees ensure the company makes money to fill your pockets, and yet your employees hardly make enough to live off of? This company is more like an office of slave owners.

Yes we are, and some of us can’t afford to quit cause finding a new job is hard and they know they so they take advantage even if you work 40 hours a week (which is not allowed) the money can’t pay rent

I agree with all of U. Working at Burlington is such a struggle.. Lower than average pay.. Short staffed...extremely long hours.

I agree with you Kimberly, I noticed a store I visited in Arizona today doing an exceptional job at delivering legendary customer service that doesn't go unnoticed. I am going to second Kimberly in her post and say, give these employees all a huge raise! They are amazing!
