Because Burlington is too cheap to pay their employees what they deserve. None of the good ones stick around because the pay sucks, corporate won't allow a well staffed store, and they could care less that they are getting robbed blind by their customers. They would rather them steal and claim insurance money on it, then pay for loss prevention. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Current employee..its not just those stores honey...and trust me they NEVER have enough cashiers...we get paid hourly and the floor associates have to do everyone's job....we are soo over worked and waay underpaid...so u buying....has nothing to do with our pay....management is HORRIBLE and there is no respect.... there are maybe 3 to 4 employees including myself that have integrity and that actually work....i would recommend that EVERYONE call coorporate and complain.....it's the worse place to work if u want to b recongnized for actually working!
