Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had to put our car in the shop and called Enterprise in Cortlandt Manor on route 6 who we had rented from in the past. Chris was great at handling our reservation as we had to coordinate between insurance company and Yorktown Auto Body in Yorktown NY. The car we rented was clean and ran well. They went over the car with us before leaving the lot and we would rent from them again. We were also happy to know that we could return it in Yorktown at the shop because they have a satellite which made it convenient too. Thanks The Zicca Family

I waited on the phone today.....Thursday......for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone at the Cortlandt location on Main Street....just to find out they would have no small cars available until **next Wednesday**. Even if they had a car, why should I rent from a place where the employees can't handle the phones. Instead of answering and letting a potential customer know they are busy and please hold on.....they let the system pick it up and then ignore it while they handle the "rush". This is not proper business practice and is typical of many employees today. It's sad.

The change oil light kept coming on. The employees should know how to fix. Had to put windshield washer fluid in because it was empty. Windshield washers were horrible. Also brakes made funny noise.also also was not the type of vehicle I wanted....update. today. 8/19/22. Confirmed pick up at 4 o'clock and said I was running late. Said they would be there at 5. NO one ever showed up. They kept the line busy and hung up on the manager from the web site that called. This is the worst enterprise place I've ever dealt with.

Each time I use Enterprise in Oakland, NJ, I feel that I am treated as a valued customer. Process generally goes smooth, quick and within my expectations. But when there a question that requires more research, the question is met with professionalism, without haste to get me out the door and with assurance of accuracy for me to make final good decisions. Bravo! Keep it going!
