Very disappointed with the extra $100.00 they charged me because gas needle did not read the top line!!! It was just under the black line. Bad enough the car rental was $$$ 558.00 for the day and we didn’t even have it the full day!!! I was a return customer and they treat me like that!! Don’t rent from them they are a RIP OFF!!!!! Won’t be back.

Gentleman with the beard obviously doesn't like his job he was not happy at all. He shouldn't be in customer service then have him clean the cars and not deal with customers.

Guy with the beard will give you the worst customer service experience. He is down right rude. Sorry that I wanted a specific color jeep buddy I am the customer spending the money it's not up to you to battle me. You are better off walking the island and enjoying the experience anyways.
