If there was a way to leave NO stars, I would be leaving that as my review. Brought my wife in for a injury to her head and arm from a fall and woman at front desk just lifted a finger to let me know it would be a minute? I guess that's what she was doing. Sat and waited for an hour and no triage nurse, and asked the woman at the front desk again who said "There are 7 bays in the back that are all full and 1 doctor.... it's going to be awhile". I told her we were leaving to go to another hospital and got no reply as we walked out. Never will I go to this medical center again.

I had a hysterectomy a week ago and had the most amazing experience! Everyone was so attentive to my needs from the minute I was walked to my preop room. Even though my surgery was delayed by 3 hours, I had a very positive experience. Dr. López, my doctor, and Dr. Borris, my anesthesiologist, took the time to get to know me and were genuinely invested in my well being patiently answering all my questions and ensuring I was as comfortable and at ease as possible. My postop experience was just as positive. I spent one nIght in the hospital without experiencing any complications and the hospital staff regularly made sure my needs were met. Highly recommend!

I really don’t want to give them any star but I have to give one so I can post my review. I had an appointment with my family doctor but they switched me to another doctor without notice. I was so surprised when that doctor showed up to the room. I was so upset myself. I asked the nurse why they did it to me and she said that because that doctor worked for my family doctor, that was something not true for sure. I knew my family doctor was so popular while others weren’t. BE AWARE! You should confirm your doctor’s name when check in.

With excruciating pain they have made me sign all the paper, not even knowing what I was signing (barely seeing the paper & crying) they made me wait an hour!!!! Vitals were taken, after another 30 minutes waiting before a room. Left me there for another 30 minutes without at least a blanket and it was super cold. Try to put the string 3 times by 2 new nurses, when finally they called a more experienced nurse and put it within a minute. Not complaining about the nurse assigned to me & the doctor…. And my bill 11k 🤦🏼‍♀️ and this is why people rather die & not going to the hospital.
