I just witnessed 2 of ladies behind the counter be rude to a patient. I have been here waiting for 35 minutes and I have a scheduled appointment. Everyone who comes in and asks if they are in the right place is greeted with an attitude. I have been coming here for a while as this is where work sends us for Drug and Alcohol testing as well as our yearly physical. An appointment is always made and we always wait a long time.

Did not need to make an appointment for my son for an EKG. Walked in, signed in, waited in the waiting room for not even 5 minutes and was called back. The test took about 5 minutes. It was the fastest urgent care I ever went to. Everyone was friendly and directed us where we needed to go and we had no issues.

I had to take my daughter in close to closing time. Everyone was great! Eventhough it was close to closing time they gave great care with great attitudes!
