I recently visited the courthouse for the first time in a very long time and honestly I was dreading the experience due to my prior experiences in the past. To tell you the truth, everything is pretty much the same; long lines that no one cares to do anything about, the clerks and officers treating you like a number rather than a person, and an overall neglect to anyone’s needs, abilities, other obligations, and most importantly, time. Although; one employee, I believe her name was Karen, was an absolute delight. She was incredibly helpful and respectful of everyone she encountered. She genuinely made my experience so much better. That’s why there are three stars on this review.

I'm talking about when they're open. Made it all the way to Frisco to find that they're closed today... but even on the days they're open, I only got a recording.
