Let's start with the issues this summer and lifeguards. Our pools are closed because of staff shortages. Do they offer to commpensate you for your monthly membership dues, no.The whole reason signed up for a monthly pass, thinking I could use the water walking pool everyday. I I had to go to another pool to exercise paid $7 everytime I used that other faciluty! Summer is over and they are still limiting pool usage, are they compensating you for your monthly pass, no! Then you got hacked which was another whole debacle! Wheat Ridge Rec Center you need to a better job or just refund the monthly pass. This is ridiculous. I have had to put up with this nonsense for 5 months now and its still going on. Enough is enough!! I am sure am not the onIy frustrated resident.

I love swimming in the pool and detoxing in the sauna. It is nice to drop in for a swim now that COVID reservations and regulations have been discontinued.

Too rate fitness facility (but they got rid of my fave bench press machine) Feels pricey, but then contrast with other alternatives (though I remember when the fitness room at the Anderson Bldg was a $1.50)

Yes. Men's and women's locker rooms have shower areas, and the family locker room has six individual shower/restrooms attached to it. All three go between the entry hallway and the pool area.

Hi Sue, thanks for reaching out. At this time the Rec Center Pool is currently Adult Swim only. Our Anderson pool has open swim for all ages with reservations required. We are operating on modified schedules and operations at Anderson Pool and our Rec Center Pools due to a shortage in lifeguard staff. Please continue checking our website for updates as these policies may change pending increased staffing.
