Oct 22, 2022 I called a lot of Napa Autocare service locations and got the runaround about doing a rear suspension airbag repair. I spoke with Justin and it was refreshing talking to someone with a “can do” attitude! He listened to my situation- I was on the road pulling a travel trailer and trying to line up an appointment with a repair shop that was along my route to do a warranty repair. The truck had been at 2 other Napa Autocare shops whom did not install the airbags correctly causing them to fail shortly after the install. We set an appointment for a week later. I dropped the travel trailer off across the street at Walmart and gave him my truck. I was surprised that 4 hours later they had the truck fixed and correctly. I’ve been on the road for 3 days and the suspension airbags have made all the difference in providing a stable and safe ride. Thank You so very much! Stuart

I have gone to Seyfer Automotive a few times for issues with my car and I always know I can trust their work. The customer service is great. They always communicate clearly about what is needed and cost. They also complete the work in a timely manner.
