I am so grateful for the staff here. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe the people who work here but kind, compassionate, considerate, understanding, and professional would be just a start of the list. I’m so thankful that there are people out there like this who are there for other people in their time of need. I wish that I would never have to use their services again but being a large dog owner I probably will. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated.

As with so many service businesses these days, they over promise and under delivery. Poor communication, broken phone system and just disappointing, all things considered. Find a better alternative

My own experience with Pet Cremation Services now Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services is that within the last month or so they have doubled their prices for private and witnessed cremations for individuals. For example, the price for a private cremation for a 26 pound dog is quoted at $314 as of today June 13, 2022, compared to $175 for a 33 lb dog on May 2, 2022. The upcharge for the pet owner to be present to witness the cremation is quoted at $250 as of today June 13, 2022, compared to $150 on May 2, 2022. The reason given by one phone representative is the corporate buyout by Lasting Paws. While some increased costs are understandable, due to factors such as increased cost of natural gas, these price increases seem excessive. For example, a reasonable person would think it does not cost the facility a penny more for the pet owner to be present during the cremation than it did a month ago. Yet they have nearly doubled the fee for that. I think that if Lasting Paws/PCS were genuine about their stated values ("as pet parents who have lost companions ourselves," etc), they would not find it necessary to jack their prices so high so abrupty. Witnessed pet cremation is a niche service. Huge amounts of good will, referrals, recommendations are associated with that niche. So good luck to PCS/Lasting Paws. I am disappointed, dismayed with them, and also heartbroken that I will not be able to obtain the same services for my recently deceased elderly beagle as I have for all the other elderly dogs I have adopted and cared for many years. I doubt I am the only person who will be affected by this change. This company has gone from tops to bottoms in my view. Excessive profiteering off bereaved individuals is not acceptable in my view. Please note that I am not saying anything negative about any of the individuals who work there, who generally have seemed sincere and nice.

I was very pleased with them Pet cremation services had my pepper 18 years they did everything for about $120 include memorable urn for ashes which i got back same day i did pay extra for paw prints and hair. I even received a special card in the mail 2 weeks later signed by the staff very compassionate. I recommend them highly.
Yes they will cremate any animal. No matter the size.
We just used pennylane in mead they are the best.
They do it based on weight. You will have to call them.
Call them and ask. I had to have my 4 legged son cremated by them. Great and caring people.
They were there for me a few years back when I lost a good friend of mine. Will always have the footprint they did..
