Yes, there are homes for rent....not br del webb but by individuals who own homes here. Renters must be 55 with no children.

Only one person needs to be over 55 for a pre-existing home. If you build, then someone must be at least 50. Many people here have dogs and there are many places to walk them. There is also a great dog park close by.

There are model homes in Frisco Lakes. This is a Del Webb community built by Pulte. There are some homes that are close to the lake. I used Jennifer Redman (972. 215-7747) as my realtor. I would highly recommend her in lieu of going through the Pulte sales people
Hey Mary, majority of the homes are North of Stonebrooke. I'm sure once the community comes closer to completion, they will build on some of the empty lots around the existing model park South of Stonebrooke. Try giving the builder a call, they should be open today :)
I think they are in their final phase of building. You can ask the information desk at the sales office for more information.

8 am to 8 pm every day but Sundays. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's we are closed. Sunday's 2 pm to 8 pm.
