Called on 9/30/2022 at around 2pm to ask a general question about practices. Victoria answered the phone lacked professionalism, and hung up on me. It was like pulling teeth to get the women to give her name. The call was so unprofessional that I called over to the city manager to report the issues.

It was frustrating having to first find this new improved court building. But when I was in the right area it beautifully stands out. North Richland Hills is finally putting those tax payers dollars to use. Could be one of the reasons why a motorcycle cop needed to make his quota and politely gave me a ticket for going 11 miles over the limit 🤔. Maybe their needing extra funds to keep the lights on. Guess giving a warning for good driving record and looking cute doesn't cut it these days 😅. With a skeleton crew of workers inside and 1 clerk at the window to assist. So sad how NRHMC is still only doing court (at least for tickets) via Zoom. What a waste of not using this new building during the ease of Covid.

The absolute worst!!! Words can't describe the bias that is shown as soon as you walk in the door...I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life but Pantegois a strong runner up if that explains it...! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will lie to get you to come in to take care of ticket under a false president that arrangements can be made only to demand money or be taken into custody!!! Thank God I didn't let my son go alone....
