I would not recommend this place for anyone, especially senior citizens. For starters, the fire alarms go off at least once a week at various times of the day and night. They go off for upwards of one to two hours at a time before they are turned off by the fire department. I cannot think of anything more dangerous than fire alarms going off constantly, as no one takes them seriously at this point and they go off multiple times a week. What if there was a real fire and no one left? What a horrible thought! It is outrageous that this has not been resolved and has been allowed to go on for over a year by the management team. Secondly, the gates are always open and are constantly broken. AND they have the nerve to raise rent! The maintenance team is amazing for daily apartment needs, but the office team leaves a lot to be desired. There is constant turn over in the office and the management team never addresses the above referenced issues. They do not have a security officer and when the fire alarms go off, my mother just has to sit there until the fire department comes and turns them off. No one from management shows up and the residents have no one to call to help, even when the alarms are going off for hours in the night. Where is the leadership and management team? Certainly not providing leadership or managing the security concerns. No one knows what is going on and management does not seem to care to offer any information or reasoning to the residents. These are serious safety issues that need to be addressed ASAP.

My parents live here and it's so nice! Always clean, grounds well cared for, friendly helpful staff. If there is an issue, they take care of it right away. Lots of activities available to those who want it.

Depends on the size of apartment and yes they usually have a waiting list. It is best to contact their leasing office for more information.
