Had to pay a speeding ticket on Wednesday 2022-10-12. Obviously I wasn't looking forward to it. The building was really nice, the security staff was in a good mood and I got to talk to them about football because of my Cowboys shirt, desk staff was really helpful and directed me where to go without being asked. Overall a great experience out of a bleh situation. I wish I had specific names, but everyone working around 10:30 to 11 did a great job.

The judges are mostly always angry and mean, you won't get a reduction in the fine. There will always be one bottle neck policy even if you appeal with the best of law firms. The court is always looking to convict and fine you heavy. The court may even go ahead to convict even without the judge as they did with me. That court is short of words a money trap, I never felt like I got a fair hearing, all pleas for a deferment fell on deaf ears, my lawyers didn't do a good job either. It's a mess. When you see friendly traffic judges on TV, that's not what you will see with this court, I was always told by my lawyer, I doubt if we will get a fair hearing, this court has a reputation

If I could get this place zero stars I would. They wouldn’t let me into the building unless I had a mascon even though the mandate has been lifted for the state of Texas. They also had none available to hand out. I’m pretty sure that that right there is not legal. When I had politely told the attendant when I first came in that I did not have a mask and asked if he had one to give me he got very aggressive. I was polite and had a smile so I don’t know what his problem was. I didn’t say anything such as back talking him or anything and so I don’t understand why he would be so aggressive towards a pedestrian.

You don't, you have to go to the courts in order to set that up. You can try to call and see if a clerk will assist you over the phone but it may be hard to lock you into an agreement because I think you have to take a plea.
If you have a case # you should be able to call. The clerk should be able to look it up with the case #
Try Collin County Courthouse.

Yes go up to the courts and speak with a clerk and they will give you your options.
