I've lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed it! I've only had a few small issues here and there and the front office staff has been quick in resolving them. The maintenance team is awesome. The front office always tries to throw fun events during the summer and I appreciate the effort they put in to making this an enjoyable place to live. Also, the parking is literally the best out of all the places I've ever lived. You can park right in front of your unit every. single. day. at any time! It's awesome.

Utilities are split into two bills. Electricity is paid on your own through an account you have to set up with Xcel. The second is a conservice bill you get in the mail, which covers water, gas, waste, sewer, storm drain, etc. This is paid through Lucent on top of rent. So for example if your rent is 1400, and your conservice bill is 50, you write a check for 1450 on the 1st of the month. Wjen you pay rent you are paying for next months rent and last months conservice bill.
Electric stove. Not sure about 1BR but our 2BR has one tub in the hall bath and one 60" shower in the MBR bath. Parking is uncovered unless you buy a garage. I have one and it's $150/month. Not sure about ground floor apts. But ours is second storey and it has carpet except for the bathrooms and kitchen where it has faux wood floors.
