The worst service I have ever experienced! We waited 45 min just for drinks. I had to ask another server just to get a coffee. The waitress never came back to check on us or tried to help in anyway. The people behind us waited an hour and still no food. Several other people came and got food before us. We ended up just leaving and giving up! No breakfast for us today :(

It was not a good experience. I get it that everyone is short staffed but come on! I find it disgusting that IHOP is using little plastic containers to give syrup! So much waste! Also can I have a plate big enough for my pancake so that the syrup doesn’t go all over the table. I will not ever go back. Stop the waste!

I can't speak to the quality of the food, I guess it looked okay. I saw two tables who were seated after I began waiting for my customer's order received their food. The picture below represents an example of the quality and care that IHOP puts into packaging orders for delivery. They deprioritize online web pickup and delivery orders. If you want to drag your family into that building and eat I don't have an opinion about that but if you're trying to have some food delivered and you're interested in breakfast I would suggest snooze a.m. eatery, first watch, or even village inn before I would recommend anybody order online from this business who demonstrates they really don't care about your online delivery orders.
