We go here all the time and the food is usually amazing. We went and I admit I do have a lot of kids but I always keep them in line and I tip more even though because my party is over six they add a tip. We went and for the first time we got a rude cook. He was confused with whose plate was whose and when we tried to help him he shushed up and said “I know I know” but he didn’t know and it took him five more minutes to figure it out. He did not speak back we tried to make small talk which is okay just not friendly. All of that would have been fine but I have never had a cook that cooked our food as fast and there was tiny pieces of burnt egg in the egg he put in our fried rice. We told him one party didn’t like veggies so he didn’t want them he told us everyone who gets hibachi must get them so we asked if he could just put it on another plate and he said no. We had to separate it off our own plate. Very disappointed in one of our usually favorite places. We paid 300 and they added a $50 tip for way below average service.

I've never been so rushed at a restaurant. My husband and I love hibachi, and also are originally from New York - so we know fast paced. We specifically go to hibachi to enjoy a slow paced meal with some light entertainment, and lots of appetizers and drinks. Typically hibachi is an hour plus, considering appetizers, the entertainment from the chef and then enjoying the actual meal. We usually wrack up quite a bar tab. New to the area, we tried Fujiyama. Not only was it so fast paced that our vegetables were raw, but we were served, the chef cleaned up and we paid for our meal all within under 45 minutes! That is highly unusual for hibachi. We had acid reflux from how fast we were served - and there was little entertainment by the chef. This was on a Thursday night at 5pm, the whole restaurant was dead. There was no reason to "turn and burn" as our waiter said is normal for this place. We had time for 1 drink, and again, left uncomfortable with how fast we had eaten. We sat there eating, staring at an empty chef's spot. It was so underwhelming. The sushi was good - but the protein from the hibachi was minimal. We were served mostly rice and noodles. Again, we go for the experience. We were greatly unsatisfied and won't be returning. We did express out concerns to the waiter, who said it is typical for this place to "turn em and burn em." This would make sense if it was a busy Friday or Saturday, but this was not the case. We would not recommend this restaurant for hibachi.

You got the goods! We were hungry, and you all delivered. We basically ordered every salmon roll you had, crab seaweed salad, normal seaweed salad, tons of stuff and it was all delicious. We had no left overs! Will be back again, would reccomend to a friend!

Total disappointment with their to go combination fried rice. Zero veggies, no egg, and just a few pieces of chicken, beef and shrimp for $16 ! You can have a full steak dinner for less. To be fair I tried their Hibachi at another occasion and it was decent. I don't know what happened here but I do not recommend the fried rice at all.
