I have been a member at this GYM for years. Ever since the Old GM left this place has gone down hill. But you get what you pay for! Offering a $9 membership. You expect this kind of facility. I still pay full price so I expect simple things like paper towels in the dispensers and toilet paper in the stalls and bathrooms. Today was the topping point on account I had to go all the way down stairs for paper towels and than I used the restroom with no toilet paper. I know this review will get pushed down as you will ask for members and team member to make positive reviews. But all I ask is for my 47.99 I pay a month is to have toilet paper in the bathrooms and the dispensers full.

Definitely one of the better gyms I've been to. More expensive than others but has less people and more hours ensuring you don't have to wait around for a long time if ever. Staff has been very good and helpful. Got a full tour when I first joined along with some extra free days. Tons of space and generally well maintained.

Had our metal lock cut off and all items stolen from the womens bathroom in a 20 minute time frame. We filed a police report but apparently this is an ongoing issue they refuse to announce to their patrons. They have a sign posted about increase in car thefts but we never thought our items inside and locked would be at risk. If that was the case I wouldn't have chosen 24 hour, or would have worn all my items on my person. Front desk was pleasant and helpful but I can't believe it's to such a bad point. We shouldn't have to worry about this sort of thing.

Clean and not crowded 24 hours gym. It has clean lockers and a nice hot tub. The patrons are not nosey. And nice atmosphere. The front door guys is nice.
