Yes! Great service. I was actually so confident that the keys would work, that I went back, cut (3 new) keys and used the additional feature to trim the keys further (those worked perfectly). I then got a note about the first (3) that I cut that did not work within 24 hours and a refund response. Will always recommend your brand for these in the future (but will tell folks to try the additional fine-tooth option if needed) great service, and great support.

I felt a little insecure about making a copy of my key at a kiosk at the Safeway, But, I received a key within a few days and it works ! I have an older RAV, so I was afraid it would not work, but it did ! Nice to be able to make keys at your local Safeway ! Saves a ton of time !
