Olivia Rudd wow she is the rudest most non-compassionate person I have ever met in my entire life. I have reported her unethical behavior many many times to her supervisor ROBIN ARMSTRONG and to no avail NOTHING has ever been done about it! I have requested to have another worker and I was lied to and told I could not do that, that they assign workers based on last names! I don’t see how someone like OLIVA RUDD is able to even work with the public. When I go for my appointments she always has a very nasty demeanor and a horrible attitude. She is never welcoming nor does she ever speak. She calls you back to her office and won’t even said “Hi”! She has already did illegal activity with a different housing agency and they allowed her to get another position with Garland….read about it on Dallas news This woman made me lose my voucher because she did not want to schedule my inspection but she never told me I even had to have an inspection being a first time participant. She lied to the community manger where I was moving to and told them that my voucher had already expired when in fact it didn’t expire until 2 months later! She forced me to put a move out letter in my (at the time) current apartment before I could even get my voucher estimate and I never ever had to do that before. When did a policy come in where one would have to put a move out date in before even finding another place to stay?? And if such policy does exist why is it that I was never made aware of it? Olivia Rudd treats participants like nothing I hope an investigation is opened and her position within the company is evaluated. All you have to do is interview her clients I am sure you’ll get the same report from all the participants cases she manage. She has her favorites and I spoke to another girl that she goes to church with and she loves her and makes sure she is aware of all type of perks and extra benefits that she doesn’t share with others. When I was on the program and was earning escrow I had missing money and she tried to tell me that my calculations were wrong I am almost certain she took it….Just because someone needs housing doesn’t mean they should be treated like they are less than. And OlIVIA RUDE should not be able to work with the public considering how bad she treats people.

I’m a single mother of two young kids and I was in a bad situation OLIVA RUDD And ROBIN ARMSTRONG work together they don’t try to help no one I told them my situation and I fax paperwork over to them to show why I couldn’t look for me somewhere to stay right then and there I told them I was taking care my mom cause she almost died from Covid and they wouldn’t give me no extension so I found me a two bedroom apartment in Hutchin got approved for the apartment and everything they gave me my lease and all I took it back to garland housing and they told me the apartment was too much for them to pay so and Ilivia Rudd told me to go back to the apartment and ask them people to reduce they rent too what she want to set my voucher for so the lady st the app was willing to reduce it a hundred off the two bedroom and Ilivia Rudd said that wasn’t enough the apartment was 1157 and she wanted them ppl to reduce it too 940 the price of the hey one bedroom so they wouldn’t do it so she took my voucher and told me it was expired they don’t try and help no one now me and my kids been staying in a hotel every since but god will make a way
