Personally, I am very satisfied with the maintenance of the building and the prompt solution if we have any problems. The office staff is very courteous and respectful. What I like the most about this place is that they are aware of the tenants so that any social event is as pleasant as possible. No, this is not an all bills paid community. Apartments are all electric and we do go through Garland Power & Light. Each resident sets up their own service. There is no gas in the apartments and you do pay water through your monthly statement. We can certainly give you an estimate of what that is depending upon a one or two bedroom. We only have Wifi in our Sports Bar/Coffee Lounge. However, both Spectrum and AT&T are available at this location.
Rent can vary depending upon the size of the unit and it's location. Better views could have a higher monthly rate. We currently have units priced as low as $1232. Please give us a call and ask us about any specials we may be running. Hope to hear from you.
