We had no issues with our winter heating oil fill ups - ACTUALLY - they would remind me to check the level due to it being their first year with our house and oil tank. The neighborhood feel that isn't just due to their location being less than 2 blocks from our house but also over the phone for customer service was fabulous! We loved the pre-pay plan last year. Would recommend!!

I got next day delivery as a new customer, and it was not an emergency fill. They offer discounts on orders over a certain volume and I did a lot of research and couldn't find anyone that beat their prices in my area. They list zip codes served on website but if you are near one of those zips just call- I am and they served me! Quick, professional, and well priced!

We told them our tank was completely empty before they came. They refilled it and that was it. I called and the lady was rude and told me we were supposed to tell them it was empty when we scheduled. WE DID. She said they won’t come back to do anything and to call someone else. I watched a YouTube video and bled the line myself. It was simple and took five minutes. I’ll never hire these people again.customer service matters.

For real? Call them and ask. Geez. Whatever it is, I guarantee you it's the best price around. I called every oil company that delivers to my area a couple years ago and they were tied with some guy in East Vincent for the lowest price. And that guy is exceedingly rude. These people are great. I was shocked at how much I had been overpaying for oil before finding them. And, yes, if you don't reach one of the ladies there, their answering machine is updated daily with the current prices for cash or credit. Credit is only a couple cents more per gallon. There is a 150-gallon minimum. They do also offer automatic delivery. You just have to call them for the first two or three fills so their system can properly anticipate your usage.
It's listed in the Mercury daily. May also be on answering machine. FYI, most polite experience and helpful I've had in this area since 2008.
Virtually no one, on a Sunday. And you'd pay through the nose for the service charge if you could find one. Honestly, your best option would be to buy a 5 gallon can and put 10 gallons of diesel fuel into your tank for now. Diesel is exactly the same thing as heating oil. Ten gallons would last you a few days until you can get a delivery without incurring a huge surcharge. Chances are if you could find anyone to deliver today they would just dump 10 gallons in as well, and would come back in a couple days with a delivery truck for the rest. (Do NOT use kerosene, by the way. It will destroy your system.) You likely will also have to prime your oil pump if you're completely out of oil. It's quite easy. I'm sure you can find directions either written or on YouTube if you need them. If you can't do that it will cost you a lot MORE to have them do it for you, on top of the emergency delivery fee.
