There is an oil tank inspection required before first delivery. I've called 3 times to schedule the inspection and have been left on hold for 30 minutes every time. I tried to send a message on their website, but there's something wrong with their message system and it won't send my request. Very disappointed with this company so far. Update: Finally got someone on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment. Good customer service, but the communication infrastructure could use some improvement.
