Nick and Mark are a pleasure to work with. Every time I call I always have lots of questions about the process, next steps, etc. and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. They are reasonably priced and it never takes long to get on the books. Thanks!

They have been my fuel oil company for years..Mr. Murphy has covered my family during a rough time especially when my old furnace finally blown it's coop. Murphy's was there to replace it with a new one. Thank for a great experience and we are looking forward for more years to come!

As a group of individuals, you couldn’t ask for a nicer or more helpful group of people to work with. This is the best example of how kind and helpful the folks at Murphy’s are. We ran completely out of fuel, so the system had to be primed before it could burn the fuel that we’d just purchased. (I don’t like to compromise people’s anonymity, so I use use words like guy or gal.) Anyway, I had watched a YouTube video for instructions on how to prime the system. The YouTube video was woefully inadequate. I called the folks at Murphy’s and this guy walked me step by step through the process. He even stayed on the phone with me until the thermostat began to read an increase in the temperature. I call that going above and beyond. The people who work the phones at Murphy’s are always courteous and cheerful. They always deliver when they say they’re going to make a delivery. All that being said, I would love to give Murphy’s five stars, but I just can’t do it. For the above reasons, you can understand why we were loyal customers of Murphy’s. I’m fact, we supported their business practically since its inception. This would mean that we purchased their product for nearly a quarter of a century. While I understand that Murphy’s is a business, not a charity, I can’t help but feel hurt that when our family was down on its luck, they refused to accommodate us in any way to help us out. “Would you let us buy less than the 100 gallon minimum?” NO! “Will you give us a couple of days to make good on the bill?” NO! After tens, hundreds of thousands of dollars that we’d spent on their product, they were perfectly happy to sit back and watch us freeze to death. This company has absolutely no sense of community. What’s even more galling, after I had found a charity that was willing to buy us some fuel, they made the charity call them directly, as if we were just trying to shaft them. It was one last slap in the face. One more humiliation to endure. I know that Christ tells us to forgive and forget, but that bitter pill that Murphy’s made us swallow, after all of the thousands and thousands we spent on them, we’ll it’s hard to swallow. To the individual people at Murphy’s who tried their hardest to help us, I say a hearty thank you. To all the other people, what comes around, goes around.

Yesterday I,paid $2.89 for 150 gallons. Less than 150 gallons is $2.99 per gallon
Not sure about that, but their customer service is horrendous and if you'd like a threatening phone call from the owner himself, just try to finance your oil purchase!
