Had always heard about the great service a reasonable prices from Hands on Time but had not had the great need to seek them out. But over time I had one watch and then the next and the next die and sit unusable. So like most new customers I came in with a pile of watches. Most were just quick battery changes. Got them done and even had the time and dates set. One was an old Seiko Divers automatic. (Only "real" watch I own) Bought it new and served me for years. Another place told me not to bother fixing and it sat in a drawer for years. Was told in the end it was a simple repair and got it back in a week for a very fair price. Had my old friend back on my wrist again! A+++ service!

I have a wall clock and it stopped 5 years ago when my husband passed I know it's bazar I have looked for a new key for years had estimate for a new one to be made it was over $350 and I went to this shop with my friend it's not only a very original place but it's friendly and the gentleman sold me a key for $6.00 my clock works like a charm .We need more places like that in Buffalo
