Told one of the guys I need to take a few months off from paying because of an unfortunate situation I’m in and he tried to tell me I can’t stop payments. Thankfully my card expired this month anyways. Then he proceeds to say “I’m not playing these games with you” when I have never missed a payment. So what games??? Then he hung up while I was trying to explain why I can’t pay. Unbelievable.

Stalked me for for partner's bill based on my address. (Not even MY bills and they called my cell. ) Told them not to call me ever again. I am well aware of the TCPA and will be glad to participate in a class action or other legal action against these folks.

Completely unprofessional people work here. I was initially told I would only need to pay the balance and they neglected to tell me the processing fees involved. I ended up having to send two separate payments to cover the balance + processing(with associated debit/transfer charges) because I wasn't initially told how much the processing fee would be. Spoke to a manager who repeatedly told me that he was sorry I misunderstood (which isn't an apology by the way), and was completely rude throughout. I honestly wish the worst for everyone who works here. You are the dredges of society and I hope you never know peace.
