Hade a appointment for 16:00 arrival 15:55 bin here 8.5 hrs still waiting for them to call for my BOL staff has been fine not rude or anything but they are slow so bring a book or two for something to do with detention time there is limited overnight parking so keep it in mind.

I read all reviews and was concerned that my truck would stay there overnight for del but I was pleasantly surpriezed. First of my driver was late for his del appt. He had a 4pm appt and he arrived at past 5pm. I called receiver around 2pm and informed them he will be late they said don't swet it send him in. As soon as he got there they put him in the door and he was empty before I could even issue a comcheck for lumper. He was out at 6pm. Very fast unloading and very good people. Great experience.

If I could give zero star I def. would! They made several damages in the trailer and actef like nothing happened. Overall, rude manager and stuff as well. No restroom! Slow unloading, 4 hours of waiting. Overnight parking allowed, left side of the entrance.

Checked in at 1430 this afternoon received call to door at 1530. Still here at 2147 in the door had a green light for over an hour. Go inside to check to see what’s going on as you can see in the pic they are watching basketball place is a joke still don’t have my paperwork. Never come here. Shaws management should do something watching tv instead of doing your job money out the window what a waste And lumper was 315. They should be paying me
