Had Maingas. They were great, Suburban bought it. Got a fill up in early May. They forgot to come back; I ran out of gas. They charged me an emergency fee for the delivery even though I was on seasonal auto delivery. Delivery man said my tank was way too small and that he would talk to the boss about getting me a bigger tank. No tank ever came. I complained about the fee because I was on auto. Finally they admitted their mistake and returned my fee. Now here it is again! I ran out of gas! no heat and no cooking! Have been waiting for a call back as to when they can deliver. I can't believe that this exact thing is happening all over again!!!!COLD and waiting for a call back. UGH!!!!!

Do not use this company, they will mischarge you and say they will fix the issue and not charge you double delivery fees but they won't. I've tried and have gotten the manager to say they will fix the issue but they don't. It's really sad. I wished I had known earlier but I just never expected a propane company to do something like that.

We are no longer using Suburban Propane. This is the problem they deliver propane they don't leave a copy of the invoice. So when we are billed there's a late charge, I've called on this at least 3 times. It doesn't make sense that they don't leave a copy of the invoice like a oil delivery. So if your not three you don't know you recieved a delivery. Then you're billed as being late. To me it's stealing money, like they don't get enough for the propane to begin with.

Ater moving, the tank has still not been picked up at old residence. Several calls later, felt getting the run around. Stalling to repay at a lower rate perhaps? New owners in the property today and all they will do is lock a tank they had 3 months to get.

No, most of your portable tanks do not have gauges. We service mostly residential & commercial accounts.
