Helped me when I was in a very low place. Shoutout to Francis and CJ for being the most amazing techs ever. The techs and most of the other kids were very respectful and considerate. Was overall a great experience for me and helped me so much!💞

I came to this place out of desperation as a teenager and i have now spent thousands of dollars and ,quite literally, hundreds of hours in therapy fixing the trauma i received from this place. If you care about your family member to any extent, then find anywhere else on this planet. You could send them to an abandoned isalnd and they would recieve better treatment. I cannot stress enough how awful of a place this is.

This place provided a horrible experience for us as parents and our daughter! The Doctor did lie to us about several things before we admitted our teenage daughter. This was after her evaluation in a meeting with both of us parents and our daughter. 1- He stated that she could contact us by phone anytime she wants and vice versa. It turns out that she only got a total of 10 mins to call us on phone sometime between 330pm-630pm. We tried calling several times daily (even during the time slot) only to never get an answer even after over 7 minutes of ringing. 2- He stated that he would be setting up virtual video calls with himself, parents, and teen. That never happened in her 5 nights there. 3- He stated that she would be very busy with activities each day until 330, and would likely not have time to contact us. Our daughter told us that she was bored with very little activities at all, and once admitted told she only has the 10 allotted mins in the set hours to contact us. This leads me to believe that he purposely lied to cover the truth! 4- He stated that we could take our daughter out at anytime regardless of their recommendations. That the discharge was simple. This was a lie. They will hold child 24 hrs or longer once you request discharge. After admitting, The communication with parents is absolutely horrific. This place should be completely ashamed of themselves! They do not return calls or give you any updates at all. The only updates you can get are from your child in the 10 minutes they have to talk to you daily. Our daughter had a fall passing out from meds and they didn’t even report this to us! She hurt her shoulder and hip. They found her passed out on ground yet assumed that the fall didn’t happen and didn’t even assess her. This facility leaves you feeling like they are simply trying to make as much money from your child as possible. That they don’t truly care about your child’s well being at all. A scheduled discharge will still take you several hours beyond your time slot. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless the problems that I have stated in this review are acceptable to you in your situation. To sum up... this place seems to have only two goals: -Get as much money as possible out of you and your insurance! (Over $20,000 billed for 5 nights) -And to keep your child alive. (But this is not because they care, probably only because if kids killed them selves while under their care they would be shut down).

Honestly...this place is like a resort when comparing to other hospitals. My son is in a place now and has asked me to transfer him back to this placewhich at this point i can't.where he is at...in this past week..they tell n cuss n punch walls.2 ppl have been tranquilized for trying to run and blood on the floor froma fight where someone for their nose broke and a girl tried to hang herself. He also says food is so much better at seay center and they care. So u may think it's awful till u actually have no choice but to b in another place..then u will see and appreciate what u have there.guarantee it
