This facility has some awesome aides and nurses. The management team on the other hand could take a few pointers from care staff on how to talk to people and treat people of color. I’ve noticed that people of color are talked down to by anyone in management and are bullied at this facility. I seen two Caucasian nurses call the police on an aide of color that did nothing. Caucasians know that if they call the police on an person of color what the outcome usually will be. Shame on the facility for that. They never celebrated nurses nor aides week. That’s horrible the aides usually work one to a hall. So they usually have 25-36 people a piece plus the nurses have to take two carts at night because the DON doesn’t have time to come in and assist her staff and ensure the safety of her residents. The administrator allows her maintenance manager to talk to all staff in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The memory care unit is the forgotten unit. There is also a psych ward recommended patient there that verbally and physically abusive to other residents and staff.

This place is a disgrace!! The staff either won't help your loved one or is being rude to them because they have the "wrong sheets" on their bed. One nurse actually told my relative "im the nurse, you are the patient. Do what i say" My family member was not receiving their prescribed medications. Trash had been left in the room for days. The staff was asked to wash their hands prior to working with my relatives medical equipment (according to the training they received that morning) and instead they just put gloves on. The list could go on and on. Needless to say...after only 2 nights at this facility, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this facility. In all honesty.....they should be shut down!

Excellent nursing home! My mother was there. It changed hands from previous owners to Continuing Health Care and was 100% better. Mom said the food was so much better!! The dining room had condiments on the tables and a flower it was night and day. The head staff was night and day compared to previous owners. Excellent!! Highly recommend this nursing home!
