First off- I want to say that Amy is great. However- Alyssa Romano, I think the receptionist, was extremely rude and unprofessional. They have two locations- I went to the other one accidentally. I immediately tried to call but no one answered. When I arrived- Alyssa had the worst attitude about me being 9 minutes late. I told her I tried to call- and she insinuated I was lying. I Showed her the call. She rolled her eyes. I complained but no one seemed to care or listen. Keep in mind my first appointment with them I waited an hour and a half to be seen. I have never been treated that way by any “professional.” I understand she is an unhappy person, but she should still pull it together and treat patients with a little respect. I no longer feel comfortable going to a doctor who would allow their staff to behave so unprofessionally.

Listened attentively and asked great questions to help diagnose what was causing my issues. Very pleased with recommendations….

Amy is very professional understanding of my pain issues & Dr. Frazier is the best orthopedic surgeon I have been to, and I've been to a few. He has helped me with my neck pain and I trust him explicitly.

Dr. Amy McAnulty was excellent. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly, and made it very easy to understand what my options were in order to help with my back pain. She is extremely personable as well.
