My dad was there for for a short while until he passed away. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. Things were constantly missing from his room. He was missing clothes, and had other people’s clothes in his closet. Laundry was not done on the days it was supposed to be done. So many times, there was one person in the house helping with patients, cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry. Several times he had fallen on the floor and no one checked in on him. We would have to call and let them know he was on the floor. They seemed put out when we called. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rebecca is great! My dad is doing SO much better at Mustang Creek Estates it’s like being at home with family. I am so pleased with Rebecca and Serenity, and the team. My dad loves them. What a blessing!!

My mother recently moved to Mustang Creek in Allen. She has been recovering from a seriously illness and the folks there have been awesome in supporting her. They engage with her daily and encourage her and others to interact. I can’t tell you how much it means to me to see her happy and doing better than I’ve seen in years! They truly care about her and her well being. It’s done wonders being part of the “family” there!

I would not recommend Mustang Creek. They did a good sell job but couldn’t deliver. The staff is unhappy, the house was dirty, the food was bad, the kitchen and refrigerator were filthy. The bathrooms were horrendous. All the warning signs they say to look for in a bad facility are present. If I could give it a zero star rating I would. We moved our loved one out of Mustang Creek within 2 months of placement. Beware.

We do not accept Medicaid or the Star Plus Waiver. We are a private pay community but many of our residents do receive VA benefits and Long Term Care Insurance benefits.
We are pet friendly! We have a $500 pet fee and would love to have your dog or cat join our neighborhood.
Our rooms are not furnished. We would be happy to help find items for your rooms but we have found that most of our seniors prefer to bring their own furnishings and personal items with them. It feels more like home when they bring their own items from home.
We are so proud to provide all-inclusive monthly pricing. We do not charge for levels of care and also include laundry & linen service, daily housekeeping, emergency call system, and all utilities in your monthly cost. We do not charge for phone service, cable or wifi service. Everything is included in your monthly fee.
All of our Assisted Living options are private, but we do offer shared rooms in our Memory Care homes.
We have a full time Activity Director at each of our neighborhoods who organizes an amazing monthly activity calendar to include church services, games, crafts, outings and so much more. Please reach out to any of our neighborhoods to get a copy of our current monthly calendar of events.
