Fancy apartments to look at but that's where it ends. Hollow walls mean you can hear neighbors and getting a good night sleep is a privilege. Apartments are way too noisy and after 2 years at Arlo, I decided to leave. Rent skyrocketed which i don't blame them for but for the quality you get it wasn't worth the price. Be careful moving out especially on Saturdays as they are closed on Sundays. If you move out on Saturday and can't return the keys on Saturday, you will be charged extra rent for them being closed. Most apartment complexes have 48 hr grace periods to return your keys. Apparently Arlo doesn't have that. Had very high hopes for this place but it was one of the worst experiences of my living in Houston. Will absolutely not recommend.
