Really great service. My Huster 0 turn took some pretty heavy damage and needed some expert attention. Bjs took the time to walk through what exactly was wrong and how to prevent a reoccurrence. Very reasonably priced as well. I will use Bjs exclusively for further lawn mower repairs.

I have reviewed others experience and wish that was what I experienced. However, my own lasted only about a minute. I had 3 mowers in need of repair. I had backed up to the overhead door to make it easier to unload them. I go in and a younger man approached me. I asked, how's it going? He replied with a gruff voice, it's going. He followed that up with, why did you park like that? You're blocking the driveway. You should have parked over there. First off, you could have driven an 18 wheeler through there. I headed for the door and he said, you don't have to move it. I replied with, yes I do. I got in my truck and found a competitor who was very customer service oriented. I try to use family owned businesses when possible, however, don't treat me like that, or I will find some place else.
