This place is a total scam! I reached out 2-3 months ago to make sure I’d stop being charged once my contract time was up. However, I continue to be charged! It’s very upsetting when they say it’s been cancelled but continue to charge people. A total scam! Don’t sign anything from this place, not worth it. Go elsewhere!

I can't speak to peak hour crowds as I usually work out late at night or early in the morning. The gym is large with plenty of equipment. Location and 24-hour access is convenient. However, a lot of the equipment is worn out or just missing (dumbells jump from 35lb to 50lb). The place is trashed all the time. Weights all over the floor or on the wrong racks. Wipes and water bottles left everywhere. Anything that isn't nailed down will often be scattered across the building. I know that's more on the clientele and the lack of basic gym etiquette, but still. Sometimes half my workout is cleaning the nightmare I walk in to.
