We were trying to book rooms for a business trip and the day manager was very rude when we called and tried to add additional rooms. We checked with our 3rd party and were told that we had cancellation protection but when we cancelled we were told that the motel REFUSED to honor that and would not refund our payment. Now we will go to the credit card company and let them know about this shady operation. If you are thinking about booking here BEWARE.

Maybe I'm stuck in a pre-pandemic mindset about prices, but it's hard for me to think of this as a $200+/night hotel room: exterior-facing doors, individual A/C that leaves the room cool but humid, etc. Don't get me wrong; the room is nice enough, just pricier than I'd expect for what the room is. A weird thing: everything was unplugged when I arrived: the TV, microwave, mini-fridge, alarm clock.

Positive: Nothing. You could see light through the crack in the hotel room door. Everything was old. It looked like there was mold in the tub. Room was really small. The gentleman checking us in was really unpleasant. Negative: Read other description. There was nothing redeeming about this hotel.

The cleanliness and room quality were fine. However, the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and this was not posted on the choice app or website. No discount was offered. The free breakfast was very limited. It consisted of various microwaved options. I chose the sausage, egg and cheese English muffin with green and red peppers and ham. Only the sandwich actually only comes with sausage and fake egg. Either offer good breakfast or don't offer it at all and charge less. Definitely would not stay here again.
