Every time I come to Roots I’m treated warmly. They are very friendly and informative. Terra helped me today and she is always a joy. She’s very professional and genuinely a sweet and kind individual. I love the atmosphere the crew brings. I went in on the 4th of July. It wasn’t busy at the moment but you could tell that you guys probably had a busy week. Sara has always treated me kindly and respectfully. She is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely humanitarian well. Your staff hope each other and get along well and treat their customers awesome.
