I've always experienced friendly and knowledgeable people when calling and coming in. My young son is Autistic and a talker with speech delays and they are always friendly to him.

Poor and unfriendly customer service. Was charged a year's worth of sewer and garbage without receiving notice. Said they called multiple times, yet I have no record on my phone history of ever being contacted.

As of yesterday they were still closed to the public. They are answering the phone so you can still call if you have questions. Utilities bill drop box is also still accessible.
