I had an electrical problem with my car that was beyond my ability to fix. I called SPS and asked if they could take a look at it. They said they could and I had my car towed to them. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. My car is up for registration this month and they asked if I'd like to do the emissions test. These guys are fast, helpful, and charge a fair rate. Would definitely use them again.

Went in the other day and asked for a dismount on 4 old tires...(not split rim wheels) was told the technician almost lost an eye last time they dismounted old tires....strange, big-o had them done in about a 1/2 hr... very unprofessional.. wanted to support a mom and pops establishment but I guess my money is no good there...one of the worst experiences I've ever had... almost lost an eye...ever heard of safety glasses.. or are you just to lazy to dismount 4 tires... what a joke

Gave me a estimate on a repair but I couldn't afford to do it. Told the shop I would pick it up the next day. I got there and it had the spark plugs removed still.. I got a little upset because I needed to get it out of there. The mechanic wasn't told I was coming to get the car and he took it upon himself to put the plugs back in and didn't charge me a dime for the estimate. I just wanted to apologize for getting upset with him when it wasn't his fault. The people from the day before should have communicated and had it ready so this mechanic didn't have to deal with someone else's issue. Seem like a good and very fair shop, but next time the employees need to communicate.
