So dropped my car off 7/25/22 took pictures of the condition of my car. Upon having my tires mount and balanced and alignment done in my car was called to pick my vehicle up and pay. Upon getting my car home I noticed multiple scratches on my rear bumper along with my spare tire looking like it had been drug across the garage floor. Also was told it would take 2 hours picked the car up 8 hours after drop off. Called in and was told there isn’t “much they could do “. Would stay away from these guys.

Worst tire kingdom I have ever been too. The manager is super rude and even after having an appointment takes other cars in. The worst part is the manager (Joe) ask their customers not to come to their tire kingdom again. Waiting for 6 hours to get alignment done and still doesn’t have respect for their customers. They didn’t complete the alignment and asked me to go back. Worst tire kingdom I have ever been too. Not recommending anyone to come to this location. Their employees are chilling around smoking cigarettes. They don’t care for customer satisfaction. When you ask them when is the car going to be done they start screaming at the customer. I have never been more disappointed by a place which doesn’t care about their customers. I have filled a complaint already..

Very disappointed. Customer service was horrible. It took at least 20 minutes before i got helped. I was there for about 2 hours for an oil change and even had an appointment. I wont be going back to this location.
