I am a member here and used the car wash this morning at 11:30 am. They had a hydraulic oil leak and the oil spilled on my new tesla model y red color. After tons of efforts we could not take it off and informed manager at location who the. Shut off the facility. They called the sr manage who came and said they could powet wash the oil but was of no use. He called the dm who advised to use dawn detergent .. could tou believe it. We finallyhave to call the cops now.. waiting for owner to see what they have to do about this @owner at this place.. thanks for your response. I have filed the claim and was approved but since then for last 10 days no one cares to respond to my messages or give me a call and update. This is very poor customer service.

Multiple people there this evening with same issue. They had a hydrolic line bust since the AM (per the staff) and were made to stay open all day. The oil was left on EVERY SINGLE car, all over the paint and windows. We had to stop to buy product to clean off every inch of our SUV. Per the staff, when we asked what was going on and why they didn't shut down (stop taking our money and do the right thing), they said they were made to stay open by the boss! So not only an expensive car wash, then we spent another 55 for products to get the oil off. Looking everywhere to get in touch with the owner for them to make this right. Can not believe they would continue to stand outside and let us go through a wash that is putting oil all over every car ALL DAY. This is the location off of Custer, Zips Car Wash.

It boggles my mind how a "chain" doesn't have a consistent method for entering each of their washes. If you're a member at any of their other locations, you WILL NOT automatically get in this one. You have get out, go to the office and hope they believe you when you tell them you're a member at the "other" locations and then wait until the attendants feels like coming out to open your gate while other cars (who have a windshield tag) stream past you for 15 minutes. Apparently in 2022, it's impossible to A. Utilize a single system for entry into all ZIPS washes or B. Provide paying customers with both options they can use at any location. If you're a member at this location, go to any of the other locations and your window tag WILL NOT get you in because they all use plate readers.
