I remembered my sister’s birthday at the last minute so I decided to order her birthday roses the night before her birthday. Royer’s website made it easy to arrange delivery the following day and the price was fair considering the current economy. She said they were beautiful and I agree the bouquet looked better than the website picture. Royer’s you will be my go-to flower shop in the York area 💜

I found an arrangement on their website that I really liked but I didn't want it in a vase. I called to ask if they could do the same arrangement as a loose bouquet and they refused and told me I either had to buy the vase or come in and pick out my own flowers from the cooler and put it together myself. Seems ridiculous and they weren't friendly at all about it on the phone. Won't ever order from them again.

First time ordering from these people and most likely last time, I ordered flowers for Valentine's they were delivered with the wrong balloon and called my girlfriend to tell her flowers were delivered which DESTROYED the whole point of it being a surprise because its "policy" to call the recipient instead of the person that made the purchase which is BS. And then try to blame covid for this policy?? The first female that answered the phone was just a rude old bitty and then the delivery manager was just as unresponsive as the first one.
