When we bought our house, the master bath had a small walk-in shower and a large oval tub. There’s another full bath in the house, and we would never use that oval tub. Rick came over to look, then suggested a large “spa shower” to replace both. We did the rest of the bathroom also, with new paint, lighting, floor tile, vanity & mirror. All of the Bath Pros’ crews came every day there was work to do and stayed all day. They were all great people who were extremely professional. They finished the job on-time and on-budget. WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM and can’t recommend The Bath Pros highly enough!!

When they came out to look at our bathroom for a quote he didn't write a single thing down and also took zero measurements. Once he left we never heard from them again. We never received a quote or call back.

We called The Bath Pros because of a referral from a friend. We scheduled a quote visit for 10:30 on a Saturday. By 10:45 we had heard from them, so we sent a text asking about the appointment. We got a response saying they were headed our way. 30 minutes later, we got another response saying they were just now leaving. They finally showed up an hour after our scheduled appointment. When he did show up, he wasn't wearing a mask. I asked him to put one on since my 87 year old mother was visiting. He had to go back to his truck to get one, Once inside, he was courteous and discussed ideas for remodeling our master shower. When he had all the information that he needed I asked when we would receive his quote. He stated that we would have by the end of the day. It has now been a week and we have heard nothing from them. An hour late for the appointment, no communication initiated by them to let us know they were running late, no mask when they showed up, no quote afterwards. My interaction with The Bath Pros was a complete waste of time. I recommend that you don't waste yours.
