We're homeowners, not contractors. Brad Ray should not be in a customer facing position. Never have we had such insulting treatment, with impersonal demeanor. No eye contact was ever made with either of us, Brad Ray ignored my wife even after she thanked him, and we both left dumbfounded that someone in a sales position could treat a prospective customer so rudely. We purchased elsewhere.
