Great park for big and small dogs. Most people are really friendly as well.

Fantastic dog park with so many different areas for your dog to play! Our first visit will absolutely not be our last.

Love coming here with my dog, huge area for the dogs to walk and run through, large man made pool for the pups with plenty of shaded seating. You can easily spend an hour just walking all the paths they have before going home.

Yes, it has a small dog park and large dog park its really nice.
Correct. It opened yesterday (Fri 13th).
Yes.
There is a number posted on the entrance for you to call but there is not someone there at the park
It is always open from dawn to dusk.
Yes
They use a crystalized chlorine treatment that is recirculated by the pumps. I believe they administer it daily around 2pm. They recommend keeping the dogs out of the water for 15 minutes after they throw in the crystals. It is as safe to drink as swimming pool water, and may make your dog's stool a little loose.
More than likely
Not exactly sure but deep enough for dogs to jump from elevated platform without hitting bottom. Relatively deep would be my guess
There are some muddy areas toward the back of the park and under some trees.
I would go there in the early morning. Dog parks as a general rule are not great places to introduce dogs. A lot can go bad very quickly. (Usually best to introduce them with known friendly dogs that have good manners first). Also, not a great idea to keep a dog leashed inside the park, this creates barrier frustration and does not allow your dog to flee if they are frightened. I have seen many serious dog fights with owners involved because people keep their dog on leash inside.
Never a good idea to bring food into a dog park. This is just asking for serious trouble.
Yep! :)
Yeah, there are 2 pool really fun for the little ones and the big ones.
Yes, Rabies vaccines are required by law for dogs and cats (even indoor only cats)
Just a word of caution, just because your little dog is used to big dogs does NOT mean the big ones are used to little dogs. Many larger breeds see little dogs as prey and I have seen more then one small dog die because their owner brought them in the bug dog area.
Yes there is with a restroom at the end of the parking lot.
Yes
Pretty sure its always open unless its dark outside
There is a small share park and a large swath of unimproved grass area. But the facility should be considered more dog focused than anything else
They are not committing to a date.
Drove by today (Oct 7) and it is still closed. Same for Millie Bush park on Westheimer Parkway.
