The Spanish speaking guy working at this store is in really bad shape. I tried to explain to him what was happening in a good way and he got upset. If you don't have a good attitude, don't work with the public
I could give you much more. The problem Comcast Business has is there is no place to go see them and get the hardware. Xfinity stores Don't have it. Good luck and when switching your network name like you are suggesting is dangerous and the best way to get money stolen from you on line. Thanks!

All you need to do Is it would be a better deal to go into the store because they can do the same deal even better the online people and the 1800 number people are as clueless as anything. And I have had the worst experience with delivery the use fed ex and I just spent 2 months fighting with both Xfinity and fed ex because fed ex decided that the driver needed the phone I paid for more than I did. 2 months without a phone. After 2 months and I was liable for the $1000 phone. I had to complain to the bbb to finally make them realize that they made a mistake and finally approved the claim. So in all that, I definitely would go in to your phone

It is a disaster or address, or account number is correct I can not pay for a service that I have not had a minimum of 6 calls and no solution.

has anyone found that Comcast switched yout business account to an Xfinity retail account in the middle of the night without you ever knowing it in order to steal data and other things?
Because they would be on the phone all the time instead of helping me the customers on the store. That's the way all the cable - satellite retail stores do it. I hate it, but understand be why they do it.
In the menu of your smartphone look for the option "Settings".
Select "Wireless connections."
Search for an option called "My Wifi Zone" (it can also be included as Portable Wifi, Wifi Rotuer, Wifi Active Zone ...
If u bring it to a Xfinity Store they will replace it free. Call ahead and u will be able to just pick it up at front desk otherwise could be long wait.

I currently have Comcast cable service and is billed through my HOA. My question is if I want to add internet, do I go to the nearest Comcast store and return my current box and get a " all in one box cable and modem box"? Are there other options?

They should be able to. I know they can test it by phone also and tell you if is working properly. They also distribute mobems at the office so they should probably have a premade longer cable if you need.
Why are you canceling Big 10 network? This is a very stupid decision considering all of the Big 10 alums in this area. I am looking at uverse and direct TV to replace Comcast because of this inexplicable decision. Please reconsider.
Bring it in. No charge and no penalty. I was in there and Comcast waved all fees and gave someone all new ones. Customer had lost all boxes when a church group came in and hauled everything damaged to the dump. Comcast/Xfinity has been great at this very tough time!
So go get service from uVerse and the post bad services about them. Or move to the mountains where you only can have DirecTV or Dish and complain about them.
