If I might be able to make a suggestion about the motem. I have been stuck with Comcast Business and Xfinity for the past 3 years. Whatever you do make sure that your privacy is set and done by a professional. Don't do it yourself no matter what

I could give you much more. The problem Comcast Business has is there is no place to go see them and get the hardware. Xfinity stores Don't have it. Good luck and when switching your network name like you are suggesting is dangerous and the best way to get money stolen from you on line. Thanks!
