Every time ive been there its 45 min at least.
Not today. But there was the other day when i was there at 4:55pm... It took a whole 18 minutes to get to my cable box swapped... Who's got that kind of 'extra' time? I think minute popcorn takes too long! 🤣😉
Depends on what u there for,usually its about a 10 to 20 minute wait if its busy,it not you should be in and out.
If it's to return equipment, it's a quick in and out. But for getting account set up and to collect equipment, it's close to 30 minutes. This is my experience after multiple visits.
I've been twice in the past six months & from parking to exit has taken no more than 25 minutes. They've done a very good job of segmenting & staffing, cutting the wait significantly.
