I only lived here a year but it left a big impact. The whole team that works here is awesome! The front office is always helpful and maintenance has always had issues fixed within a couple hours. It's a small, quiet and safe community which I really enjoyed. Both pools are really nice and we used the outdoor kitchen multiple times and all was well kept. Never had any issues with missing packages like I have in the past a different apartment complexes. Definitely recommend!

I lived here for 4 years. I have to say, Sara and the maintenance team here is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!!!! Sara always nice to me since the first day I moved in and I love her smile. No matter what kind of problem I have, she always help me fix it immediately. The maintenance team is awesome. they always fix any problem in my house and did a solid job. They are also friendly and nice people. We didn't have the flood issue during the hurricane season, and we didn't have power outage during the winter storm this year, not even a minute. The location is good, there are four grocery store on the corner. the place is peaceful, me and my family always have a walk after dinner inside the community. if I did not change my job, I would extend my lease again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Hi, If anyone go back to check the comment, I am the girl who feed and play with the yellow cat and I prepare a bunk for her during the winter storm. If you adapt her please let me know. I remember you told me that you named it Catherine. Just want to know she's fine. : )

I lived in Ascot Court apartments for two years and my best experience was the assistant manager Sara. She was always helpful, courteous and would go above and beyond to get my questions, problems answered or correct. Her leaving was the worst thing that could happen. The other two ladies put on that fake 😊 smile but never really tried to help. Esmeralda never pronounced my name correctly and anything I asked her to do never got taken care of, until I asked Sara. Devin the office manager wasn't friendly and not helpful at all. Sara, you left first and then me. I will always appreciate everything you did for me. I wish the Best for you and hope you go far. I gave 4 stars because of Sara. The apartment itself was decent a little over priced.
