Just a word to the wise. The staff seemed nice, the apartments seem nice, the area seems nice. But if you have an animal you intend to live here - fill out the Pet Screening FIRST and pay the $25 dollars to find out if you're allowed to have them in the complex before you pay the $75/person and $200 admin fee. God forbid I had done that application first to find out that I was not able to have my dog at the complex. I called to find out before submitting and got a deflected answer instead of a forthcoming one.

Great place! Did not have 1 single problem and the staff is amazing! The pool and gym area is very spacious and relaxing. The garage fits a car with plenty of space for other items! 5 stars from me!

My stay here was pretty uneventful but the move out process and the new office staff were horrible. Makenzie was never helpful in any queries and was quite rude pretty often. I was charged for stains that were UNDERNEATH the carpet. I had no way of knowing if the stains were there prior to me moving in and upon bringing this issue up with management, I was asked if I had photos of what it looked like under the carpet when I moved in; are residents here expected to tear the carpet off to take photos upon move in? This is absurd. They also nickel and dime as much as they can. Kept charging us for trash even though trash was never picked up regularly and the trash compactor was always out of service. I would not recommend anyone to stay here because of these annoying issues even though the apartments are quite nice.
